Sport Exercise Neuro Psychology and Hypnotherapy

Dr. Terry Moses began playing interscholastic sports at 8 years old and they have been a focal point throughout his life. He has competitively played baseball, basketball, softball, golf, and bowling as well.  Currently, he is still an active bowler and has been certified as Silver level coach by the United States Bowling Congress.  While coaching youth sports, Dr. Moses realized athletics require almost as much mental effort as physical exertion.  Therefore, he pursued the requisite education to provide instruction and support for athletic and personal development. The same performance enhancement tools used in sport psychology are also utilized in every walk of life.

What PatientsSay About Us

I have had trouble relaxing for as long as I can remember.  Being hypnotized enabled me to uncover the first instance this occurred.  After going through several sessions, the healing process continued, and my social anxiety is nearly nonexistent.

Bruce D.

I was sexually abused by a family member.  Since then, I have pushed away every man that showed interest in me. Hypnosis has helped me work through these issues.  I am beginning to build myself a new life.

Susan M.

During my hypnosis sessions, I learned why I was having trouble trusting men.  This was quite enlightening.  Now I have developed the tools to build normal and healthy relationships.

Shannon C.

I was abused as a child and teenager. After going through hypnotherapy for the first time, my anxiety dropped considerably.  I have continued through several more sessions and my life is getting brighter every day.

Chris N.

I have been suffering from irritable bowel syndrome for most of my adult life. After a single hypnosis session, I’ve only had one episode in the past four months. The change in my daily life is amazing.
